Our Mission
Help Fathers Foundation (HFF) is a registered non-profit society and federally recognized charity in Canada. We run the world's largest volunteer team dedicated to supporting North American and global fathers who can sometimes be surprisingly vulnerable, underprivileged, and unhappy during family transitions.
We are an independently funded foundation that studies fathers and fatherhood to fill the void of understanding in this area. Our work connects fathers to family helpers and professionals — especially those often overlooked during family transitions.

No father walks alone
Meet the Founder
Mr. 6
Founder & Executive Director, Help Fathers Foundation
Mr. 6 founded Help Fathers Foundation with a bold and deeply personal vision: that no father should ever have to navigate family transitions alone. Drawing from his own experiences and witnessing the struggles of countless fathers, he set out to build an organization that would give fathers a voice, a community, and the resources they need.
Under his leadership, HFF has grown from a local initiative into a globally recognized foundation with partners across North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. 6 continues to personally oversee research, community programs, and partnerships — always keeping the foundation grounded in its core belief that every child benefits when both parents are supported.
“We don't just help fathers. We help families. When a father is heard, understood, and supported, the entire family thrives.” — Mr. 6
